Ambient Lounge® Acoustic Sofa - Eco Weave

Balance, harmony and beauty personify this Ambient Lounge® Acoustic Sofa bean bag. Designed to sit low and wide, it’s the ultimate living room floor chair that also gives you excellent body and back support.

This bean bag is made from many hand-stitched compartments with the innovative Ambi-spring system that allows it to hold it’s beautiful form.

For best results, we suggest to slightly underfill it and let the beads push into the backrest and sink around your body. No matter what your preference is, the FunnelWeb™ system allows you to fill to your required levels.

This fabric is made from interwoven fibres that combines tans & creams with a subtle base of black behind it. (See large swatch) Goes well with all interior colour schemes.

This is a heavyweight, soft and extremely durable fabric. A fabric that is made for high end sofas, the Eco Weave is far superior in quality to a standard bean bag material.

Ambient Lounge® silver class elements™ bean bags are waterproof and UV resistant - and made from very thick, durable 1200D and 1600D high quality nylon fabrics with rubber backing, made to cope with the rain, hail or shine harsh Australian outdoor conditions. Water, beer, white wine and other non-staining liquids run off the surface and can literally be wiped clean. Food, mud and other reasonable scuff stains can be washed clean with soap and water - just like washing a car. Durability, easy cleaning maintenance and style/comfort are reasons why commercial establishments like the Moonlight Cinema and Burswood outdoor cinema use these ambient lounge products with confidence.

Watch: How water just runs off the surface and easily wipes clean for easy outdoor maintenance.

Rec. Filling Instructions: The Acoustic Sofa takes approx 300 litres of beans, but this may vary a little depending on the filling mix. The back of the product needs to be filled tightly, whilst the base should be quite giving and slightly baggy in order to be uber comfortable. Note that the ‘Ambient Lounge’ label should be on the right hand side of the product which means that the sofa is correctly positioned.

Step 1. Open the back compartment (using a zip tool or paper clip)and pull out the Funnelweb tube from inside the product. Zip the Funnelweb bag of beans onto the tube and lift the bag of beans to allow the filling to run into the beanbag. As you do this, massage and pat the outside of the beanbag to ensure you work the beans past the internal strapping and get as much filling in there as you can. Once you have filled to capacity, unzip the Funnelweb Bag of beans, (leaving a little still in the tube), and set the remaining beans to one side. Zip the tube closed and push it inside the beanbag until you can close the zipper. The beanbag back should now be tight and firm.

Step 2. Follow the same process with the seating section of the beanbag, but now make sure that you only fill it to around 80% full. Leaving the Funnelweb Bag of beans still attached, test the seat by pushing down with your hands to make sure it will sink down considerably when one is sitting on it. you can then add or remove beans until the comfort level suits you, then unzip the Funnelweb Bag and zip closed the opening to the beanbag seat.
